We enjoyed a fantastic afternoon of Christmas celebrations at the end of term with our Nativity, Christmas Carols and German Market. St Peter's Church was packed full of parents and family members, all of whom came back to school to browse and buy 'home made' gifts for Christmas. The entire event was planned by Y6 pupils as part of their enterprise project and a phenomenal £350 was raised for two worthwhile charities- the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation and the Facial Disfigurement Trust. The second charity was chosen following work in class on positive body image.
What a wonderful end to the term this event was!
