Staff Wellbeing
In a challenging profession, staff wellbeing is extremely important when considering how we ensure the children in our schools receive the best possible education. We aim to ensure that all staff feel supported and we employ a range of strategies to encourage a positive working environment for our staff team.
Should things become difficult in a staff members personal or professional life, the Senior Leadership team are always there to support, or just be a listening ear. If it is needed, the team at Health Assured can support with more specific challenges and provide a wealth of experienced professionals to guide us through difficult times.
