Knowing where to start a letter when writing is a very important skill that is taught from the start in Cherry Blossom.
It hugely benefits children when they begin to join their letters in year 2.
We follow a scheme called Nelson, which has some great online resources that the children LOVE to use during 'challenge time' (learning in the areas of provision in the classroom), especially when they can use the interactive whiteboard!
