The school's boiler has failed. We are awaiting a specific part to be delivered and fitted. We are told that this will happen on Wednesday 23rd January. Temporary heaters have been secured and we hope to be able to heat classrooms to the minimum legal temperature tomorrow (Tuesday) and Wednesday so that learning will not be disrupted. A further update will be provided on Tuesday morning via text message to inform you as to whether school will be open. As we stand, we aim to be open as normal, including Breakfast Club, which will take place in Silver Birch Class on Tuesday. We wanted to publish this message this evening to give parents and carers as much notice as possible that tomorrow's school day may be disrupted. School jumpers are a must tomorrow as the building will most definitely be cooler than it is usually.
