This week the children have been investigating plants growth. They planned, predicted and monitored some cress plants. Some were given light and water and some were given water, with no light. We found that the plants with no light grew really tall but their leaves were yellow. This is because they were searching for light. The plants with light and water grew to the normal height and had healthy green leaves.
