The EYFS and KS1 children came back to school after the weekend to find an egg in the classroom. We discussed who brought it, why was it in our classroom and what was inside.
We read the story 'How to Look After A Dinosaur', this inspired the children to write instructions on how to take care of the baby dinosaur.
A dinosaur even left a letter a couple of days later in which the children replied.
