Tom Palmer visit

We were very lucky to have local award wining author Tom Palmer visit us. He explained to use what he used to like to read as a child (Shoot and Roy Rover magazines) and how this love of reading inspired him to be a writer. He showed us how he plans his stories, quizzed us on books, read to us and answered many of our questions. Together we planned a WW2 story inspired by an object Tom Palmer brought along from the RAF museum.
